The bill (Reg. No. 8319) extends the concepts and terminology of the laws "On Social Services", "On State Social Standards and State Social Guarantees", and "On Public Associations"; arranges legal conditions to develop and introduce the subjects rendering professional social services to the citizens in difficult circumstances; and sets the state minimal standards of quality of social services.
